On our acquired property in Elisabethenstraße, Offenbach a.M., there is a one-story residential and commercial building with a gable roof from 1950. In the southern area of the property, a warehouse is adjacent. We carried out the demolition in sections within 6 weeks. First, the pollutants such as asbestos were disposed of in accordance with regulations. Then the roof covering including rafters was removed. The windows and finishing materials were removed as separate materials. The massive supporting structure consisting of masonry and reinforced concrete was crushed by means of large equipment and transported away.
